With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Waits (Lehighton, Pennsylvania), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on June 6, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jones Waits and Ruth Thurman Waits; and his brother Bert Kerr Waits II. He is survived by: his former wife Claudia Gidcomb Waits; his wife Claudia Marie; his children, Laura Marie, Brian Rockwell (Megan Sullivan) and Katharine Ruth (Daryl Snyder); and his grandchildren, Ethan Rockwell Waits, Isabella Rose Waits, Emily Ruth Snyder, Madeline Clare Snyder and Cody Nicholas Snyder.
