He was predeceased by: his wife Anne M. Keer (Radocha); his parents, Andrew Keer and Helen Keer (Glick); his daughter Beth Anne; and his brother Andrew.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Hartman of Lehighton, Karen (Peter Shanton) of Lehighton, Thomas Keer (Christine) of Lehighton, Joseph Keer (Melissa) of Glenmore and William Keer (Pamela) of Palmerton; his brother Charles Keer (Celia) of Coaldale; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christine, Rebecca, Jonathan, Sarah, Daniel, Matthew, Grace, Anna, Nicholas and Luke; and his great grandchild Grayson.
