He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dugan and Gertrude Dugan (Brady); and his siblings, Lorraine, Edward and Donald.

He is survived by: his children, Joan Borger of Kunkletown and Thomas A. (Lori); his grandchildren, Brittany, Chad, Casey and Reese; his great grandchildren, Emma and Jaxon; and his close friend Fern of Germansville.
