He is survived by: his wife Joanne Moore (Horn); and his sisters, Carolyn (Kevin Snyder) of East Stroudsburg, Cindy Treible of East Stroudsburg and Kelley Sickles (Gary Weber) of East Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
