He was predeceased by: his father Dale Smith. He is survived by: his mother Grace Fallon (Greene); his son Ryan C. Smith of Tamaqua; his siblings, Tiffany Martz of Palmerton, Amanda Green of Bowmanstown, Brittany Smith of Bethlehem, Brandon Fallon of Lehighton and William Jennings of Palmerton; and his stepfather William Jennings, Sr. of Bowmanstown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home.
