It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Lacene Fogel of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Felker and Iva Felker (Phifer); and her siblings, Melva Davies, Allena Badman, Miriam Longergan, Mary Jane Schriver and Dale Felker.
She is survived by: her husband Larry F. Fogel; her daughters, Bambi (Duane Elsasser) and Kimberly (Michael Kunkle) of Lehighton; and her siblings, Florence Michaels of Chambersburg and William Felker (Jean) of California. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
