He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley M. Miller (Moser); and his parents, Roy and Frances Miller Sr. (Heitz). He is survived by: his children, Michelle M. (Ronald Ketchledge) of Long Run, Roy J. Miller of Quakertown and Steven J. Miller (Tara) of Florida; and his sister Nancy Persons of Palmerton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
