He is survived by: his spouse Delores Moulthrop (Seltzer); his parent Anna Moulthrop (Bartholomew); his sons, David, Terri, Mark, Jill and Darren; his sister Karen Newmyer; and his grandchildren, Jason, Vanessa, Jamie, Callen, Alexis, Shawna and Gordon.
