He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Balliet and Eleanor Balliet (Haupt); and his brothers, Amandus and Edwin Balliet. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Balliet (Frantz); his children, Amy Balliet, Heather (Jason Brown) of Lehighton and Jesse Balliet of Lehighton; his brother Maxwell Balliet (Cindy) of Lehighton; and his granddaughter Madison Brown.
