As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Schlappe and Ruth A. Meyers; his son Robert J. Schlappe; and his sister Sandra Walker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Schlappe (Petrovich); his daughter Tracy Schlappe Greene (Norman Greene); his grandchildren, Emily, Heidi and Linsey Greene; and his brother Jack Schlappe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Committal Service Will Follow the Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (300 Alum St, Lehighton, PA 18235).
