He was predeceased by: his daughter Aubrey Rose. He is survived by: his parents, Jan Llewellyn and Patricia Llewellyn (Stefanek); his son Chase; his brother Jan of Slatington; his grandparents, Charles, Louise Stefanek, Jacob and Virginia Llewellyn; and his nephew Braxton Llewellyn. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
