She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald J. Beitler and Genevieve Beitler (Kosik); her daughters, Jennifer Bascom and Kimberly Jacox; her grandson William Bascom; and her sister Elizabeth Ann Evins (Andy Belles).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
