She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson C. E. Shellhammer and Daisy E. Ahner (Ashworth); her stepfather Russell Ahner Jr. (Bups); and her stepbrother Russell Ahner (DonnaMarie). She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon Knappenberger (Edward) of Lehighton and Jennifer Szakacs Strohl (Jerry) of Jim Thorpe; her siblings, Trevor Shellhammer (RuthAnn) of Lehighton, Jeffrey Shellhammer (Debbie) of Lehighton, Deb Turner of Florida and Lisa Beidleman (Jeffery) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Joshua, McKenna Knappenberger, Abriel, Alexis and Jackson Strohl. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
