She was predeceased by: her husband Edward C. Hawkins; and her parents, Walter Jasniewicz and Dolores Jasniewicz (Roll). She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Hawkins-Rutman (Jamie), Tammy Painter and Sherry Sarko (Anthony "Tony"); her sister Diane Zaccaro; her grandchildren, Leighanne Velez, Brandon Faust, Tori Batchelor, Taylor McKay, Skylynn Faust and Nicholas "Nick" Sarko; her nephew VJ Deseno; and her pet Matti. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
