Jr. (Paula) and Lori Ann Smith of Lehighton; her grandchildren, Tionne, Dakota, Sarah and David; her great grandchildren, Auriella, Jason, Johnny, Carissa, David Jr. and Shelby; and her siblings, Harold, Edna, Helen, Shirley and Minerva. She is also survived by 4 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
