He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Marlatt. He is survived by: his parents, Lynn Cramer and Donna Stumbaugh (Smith) of Easton, PA.; his close friend Barbara Flaherty; his daughters, Tracy Lebo of Easton, Fallyn (David Earp), Heather (Jason Merkley) of Tamaqua and Amber Miller of Neffs; and his siblings, Brenda (Wayne Davis) of Easton and Trevor Storm of Easton.
