He was predeceased by: his wife Louise P. Leiby (Bowers); and his parents, Irwin Leiby and Grace Leiby (Barrett). He is survived by: his daughter Kathy L. Carpenter; his grandson Chase Carpenter (Marissa) of Lehighton; his great grandchild Hazel; his children, Edward Moran of Tamaqua and Kim Leiby of Wyoming; and also Sheila Kieser.
