He was predeceased by: his parents, Epiphanio Mustacchio and Mary Mustacchio (Lutsko); and his siblings, Constance Sotak, Cosmo, Abbie, Salvator and Michael.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Mustacchio (Gresh); his daughters, Denise Polzer (Timothy) and Colette Kresge Lehighton (Steven); his grandchildren, Dr. Gabriel Kresge (Kate Kresge), Olivia Howell (Tyler), Nathaniel Kresge (Fiance-Taralyn Oderman) and Zachery Polzer Allentown (Summer); his great grandchild Rhys Howell; and his sister Sylvia Burns of Hillsborough, NJ.
