She is survived by: her husband Patrick Koch of Cherryville; her mother Erma Carrigan of Lehighton; her sister Denise Prowell; and her brother-in-law Mark Schultz of Clarks Summit. She is also survived by her aunts, cousins and extended family, and with treasured friends.
