She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Mahler; her parents, Hamlet Edgar and Lulu (Hosier); and her siblings, Dournoff Edgar, Donald Edgar, Raymond Sowers, Siesta Getz, Linda Sowers and Joyce Marsh.
She is survived by: her stepfather Harold Sowers; her daughter Donna (Joseph Metzger) of Jamestown, NC; her grandsons, Jason (Salem) and Matthew; her grandfather-in-law Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Griffin, Sloan and Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (300 Alum St, Lehighton, PA 18235).
