She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bartholomew and Anna M. Bartholomew (Kline); her husband David; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle R. Muthard and Gayle S. Kratter; her sister Catherine B. Forrest; and her grandchildren, Leiloni, Nichole, Nathaniel and Ayla. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
