He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Hoffman (McGuire) of Lehighton; his children, Sharon Hoffman of Lehighton, Joanne McGuire of Palmerton, Martin Hoffman of Palmerton and Ronald Hoffman of Lehighton; his siblings, Sandra Fritz and Richard H. "Dick" Hoffman Sr. of Ashfield; and his grandchildren, Jenn, Jared McGuire, Chad and Chelsey Hoffman.
