He was predeceased by: his parents, Irineo Maximo Diaz and Maria San Pablo Diaz; and his siblings, Irineo S. P. Diaz, Jr., Lauro S. P. Diaz, Beatriz D. Mangaliman and Leticia S. P. Diaz.
He is survived by: his fiancée Linda K. Arndt; his children, Susan M. Diaz, Gianna, Oliver of California, Kelsey of Pennsylvania and Madison of Texas; his siblings, Alfredo S. P. Diaz, Dominador S. P. Diaz (Anja Diaz), Mario S. P. Diaz (Violeta Diaz), Jaime S. P. Diaz, Carmelita D. Ongoco (Arturo Ongoco), Edgar S. P. Diaz, Romy S. P. Diaz and Cristina D. Santos; and also Terri Andrews (Jason Andrews). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A public viewing will be held at Schaeffer Funeral Home, 300 Alum St, Lehighton, PA 18235, on Friday evening, February 5, 2021 from 6-8PM, CDC guidelines will be followed so masks are required and please practice social distance.
Donations may be made in Dr. Diaz's memory to the Mahoning Valley Ambulance Association, Mahoning Valley Fire Company No. 1 and Maryland Association for Parkinson's Support.
