She is survived by: her children, Jamie Smith of Allentown and Joseph J., III (Victoria); her grandchildren, Rachel, Emily, Jon and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Cory, Mahlya and Nora; her great great grandchild Leon; her brother Thomas (Gwen Wehr) of Orwigsburg; and also Palmerton Hospital.
