She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. W. Simmons; and her parents, Metro Ketz and Elizabeth Ketz (Kurtz). She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Roberts (Larry Labatch) of Lehighton and Diane (David Koch) of Lehighton; her brother Metro Ketz (Faye) of Lehighton; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Regan, Eddie, Kyle and Kelci. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
