He is survived by: his wife Grace H. Finney (Ouly); his sons, Edward James Finney (Linda) and Richard T. Finney (Cindy) of Lehighton; his grandchildren, Christopher, Sheila, Michele and Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Jeremy, Max and Brody.
