He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Eickhoff and Margaret Eickhoff (Balliet); his half-siblings, Doris Zellner and Jack Zellner; and his brother Robert Eickhoff.
He is survived by: his spouse Thema H. Eickhoff (Wernett); and his children, Cheryl (Alan Sienkiewicz), Lynette Eickhoff of Lehighton, Tammy Sterling (Curtis Gibson) of Weissport, Brian Eickhoff (Liz) and Kevin Eickhoff (Christine Griffaton) of Ashfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
