It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Farkas (Lehighton, Pennsylvania), born in Northampton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Maria C. Farkas (Gades); his parent Michael Farkas; his sister Susan Fritz; his daughter Jennifer L. Farkas; and his grandson Phillip Odenwelder.
He is survived by: his parent Anna Farkas (Andrusky); his children, David Farkas (Dottie) of Lehighton, Diane Gulich, Spohn Gulich of Slatington and Mary Gulich (Chris Odenwelder); his stepdaughters, Jessica (Michael Pagotto) of Lehighton and Jennifer (Shawn Mantz) of Slatington; his brother Tom Farkas (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Martin Fritz. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
