He is survived by: his spouse Corine Shaffer (Ockenhouse); his parent Pearl Shaffer Sr (Mosser); his children, Forrest (Karen) of Lehighton and Heather (Michael Kincaid) of Lehighton; his siblings, Mahlon (Gladys Balliet) of Palmerton, James (Nancy) of Palmerton, Miles (Orpha) of Palmerton and Christine (James Anewalt) of Lehighton; his granddaughter Morgan Shaffer; his nephew Fur; and his friends, Angus, Maxwell, Clover and Paisley.
