He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie Andrew (Hosier); his parents, Erwin Andrew and Elizabeth Andrew (Dotter); and his brothers, Vernon and Maynard Andrew.
He is survived by: his close friend Jane Shellhammer; his sons, Kevin Andrew (Heidi), Carl Andrew Jr. (Jane) of East Weissport, George Andrew (Doreen) of Long Run and Brian Andrew (Kerry) of Union Hill; and his sister Janet McGee (John) of Stroudsburg.
