He is survived by: his parents, Kellie L. Gruber (Steve McEvoy) of Lehighton and Larry D. Creasey (Sheri-Lyn) of Palmerton; his son Jayce Michael Creasey; his brothers, Brayden Rex, Sidney Creasey, Gaige Creasey, Tristan Creasey and Jaiden Mills; his grandparents, Richard Saunders and Betty Ann Saunders of Walnutport; his great-grandparent Eleanor Landis; his grandmother Ruth Ann Phillps of Walnutport; his great-grandparent Etoile Mack; his aunts, Ryan Saunders and Jamie Wescoe; and his uncle Tracy Saunders.
