She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Paulas; and her siblings, Charlotte Paulas, Carl Buck and Richard Buck. She is survived by: her spouse Henry E. "Bud" Neeb; her parent Isabella Paulas (Neff); her sons, Scott H., Kelly Fox, Eric T. and Denise Mertz; and her siblings, Wilmer Buck of Bath and Donna Mullen of Lehighton.
