He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Costenbader and Naomi Costenbader (Reppert); his brother Bruce; his grandson Michael; and his great grandchild Mason.
He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Costenbader (Hahn); his son Brian Costenbader; his close friend DeeAnn; his daughter Susan (Jim Hablett); his stepson Clay Andrews (Tracey); and his sister Bonnie Lou (Mike Snyder). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
