He is survived by: his parent Jean Serafino Sr.; his wife Jacqueline Serafino (Olarte); his father Anthony Serafino; his children, Anthony Serafino (Tatiana), Jacqueline Cacace (Joseph), Matthew Serafino and Christina Serafino (Mathew); his grandchildren, Damien, Jordana, Joella, Emily, Melody and Paisleigh; and his siblings, Michael Serafino (Mark), Stephen Serafino, Donna D'Ortone (Steven) and Gary Serafino (Roxanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
