Konopka (Terry) of Nazareth, PA; his grandchildren, Margaux Curtis (Julie), Gabrielle Simarrian (Glen), Samantha Dillon (Austin) of Kennett Square, PA, Grant Skerchock of Chester Springs, PA, Sarrah Konopka, Kaitlin Konopka of Allentown, PA and Stephen A. Konopka of Philadelphia; his great grandchildren, Gavin and Giana Simarrian; and his sisters, Mae Fritzo, Ann Kramer, Francis Fox, Lillian Kubilus and Helen Montrim.
