He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Janiczek and Irene Janiczek (Rogalski). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Janiczek (Melovage); his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Susan Janiczek Jr.; his brother Eugene; and his sister-in-law Elaine Janiczek.
