He is survived by: his wife Dolly Ditman (Burt); his children, Allison Ward, Audrey Blinstrub, Leslie Kohnenkamp, Cynthia Crescenzo and David R. Ditman; his grandchildren, Andrea, Christine, Emily, Stephanie, Christopher, Ryan, Kyle, Kaitlin, David, Emma and Lily; and his nieces, Lynn and Robin. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
