She is survived by: her sister Hazel Levan (John); her niece Valerie Phillips (Douglas); her nephews, Jonathan VanDyke (Carol), Daniel VanDyke (Diane) and Andrew VanDyke; and her grandchildren, Patrick VanDyke (Doug Mitzak), Paige Hunt (Christopher), Alexander VanDyke (Brittany), Elyse Imbriaco (Timothy), Brian VanDyke, Shelby Sinclair (VanDyke), Christian VanDyke, Alaina VanDyke and Zachary VanDyke. She is also survived by three great-grandsons.
