She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph G. Kadelak and Emily P. Kadelak (Hupczey); and her nephew Michael Kadelak. She is survived by: her brother Michael J. Kadelak of Stockton, PA.; her nephew Stephen Kadelak; and her children, Heidi Klein (Kadelak), Joe Kadelak, Robert and Julie Kadelak.
