He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Garcia and Zoila Garcia (Alcazar). He is survived by: his wife Olga V. Garcia (Briceńo); his children, Liliana Kelhart (Joseph) of Bethlehem, Joice Arora (Ashoni) of Italy, Gabby Garcia of Toledo, Gerardo Garcia (Melissa) of Nazareth and Yessi Clarke (Christopher) of Long Island; and his sister Norma Moreyra (Juan) of Lima, Peru. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
