He is survived by: his wife Kristin Lynn Johnson (Harding) of Moore Twp; his children, Ryan Kenneth Johnson (Jeffrey) of Allentown, PA and Katie Ann Johnson of Moore Twp; his brothers, Jarrod Johnson (Maya) of Philadelphia, PA and Justin Smith (Kristin) of Allentown, PA; and his parents-in-law, Kirk, Barbara Harding of Palmer, Florence and Dale Opdahl of Loris, S. C..
