He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Binder and Betty Green (Shankweiler). He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Binder (Schantzenbach); and his children, Christopher S. Binder, Autumn L Wolfenburger (Brian) and Lisa A. Miller (Edwin, Jr.). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
