With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia A. Smitz of Leetsdale, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Olexsovich and Nellie Lesak Olexsovich; her husband Robert L. Smitz; and her siblings, John Olexsovich, Catherine Freed, Betty Kostial and Mary Ellen Olexsovich.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa, Linda Smitz Naranjo and Georgia; her grandchildren, Miah, Claire, Trenton and Asher; and her siblings, Richard Olexsovich and Stella Moon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
