She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Galuschak and Veronica Gulas Galuschak; her husband Michael; her daughter Georgia Kotula Polas; and her siblings, Michael, Stephen Galuschak, Anne Galuschak Demshur, Mary Galuschak and Ethel Galuschak Hrovich.

She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Kotula Jerich (Ken); her grandson Tim Polas of Ambridge, PA; and her son-in-law Ted Polas of Ambridge, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. John The Baptist Orthodox Church Property Improvement Fund, 450 Glenwood Drive, Ambridge, PA 15003.
