He was predeceased by: his wife Jilda "Jil" Volpe Montanile; and his grandson Scott Harman. He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Harman of Dayton, OH, Susan Montanile of Leetsdale, John Montanile (Cheryl) of California and Michael Montanile of Leetsdale; his grandchildren, John Harman, Marcus Montanile, Andrew Montanile, Mia Montanile, Charlie Crow and Kara Montanile; and his brothers, Angelo Montanile of Penn Hills and Victor Montanile (Pauline) of Leetsdale.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Leetsdale Fourth of July Committee, Leetsdale Boro Building, 373 Beaver Street, Suite A, Leatsdale, Pa. 15056.
