With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Otrhalik (Leetsdale, Pennsylvania), born in Beaver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent George C. Spigler; her former husbands, DeLorme McQuaid and Albert Otrhalik; her son Martin Kent McQuaid; and her brother Kurt Spigler.
She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Modrack; and her children, Bryan McQuaid (Tami) of Fair Oaks and Kathy Maytic. She is also survived by her caregiver who resided with her, Laura Carez of Ambridge, Leslie (Danny) Turner of Osborne, Leigh (Greg) Schwartz of Bell Acres, and Barry McQuaid of Fair Oaks, 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, two sisters, Kristine (Harry) Cartwright of Butler, Susan Spigler of Butler, a brother, Peter (Connie) Spigler of Portersville, and loving and faithful four legged companion.
