Franks; her mother Gloria Mae Philips (Garman); her granddaughter Gianna; her children, Adam Palmieri (Raquel), Maegen Spidale (Alex Brown), Amy Hulmes (Robert) and Eric Franks (Emily); her grandchildren, Mia Palmieri, Bella Spidale, Jackson Hulmes and Beckham Hulmes; and her siblings, Carol Goodhart (James), Sandra Parsons (Terry), Scott Philips (Pamela) and Brenda Mell (Philip).
A committal service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Epler's Church Cemetery (1151 W Leesport Rd, Leesport, PA 19533). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Energy Stadium's Turn Club (1950 Centre Ave, Reading, PA 19605).
