He is survived by: his parents, Ramon E. Mateo and Jennifer Mateo (Sosa); his siblings, Jadiel Mateo and Yajamaris Mateo; his grandparents, Santa L. Perez, Antonio Sosa, Eneida Rivera-Rosado and Rafael Mateo; his uncle Eric A. Sosa (Melisa Sosa); and his cousins, Arianna Hernandez, Natalia Hernandez, Kiannah Rodriguez, Catherine Villafane, Jacob Villafane and Xavious Sosa. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walbert Funeral Home & Crematory (14390 Kutztown Rd, Fleetwood, PA 19522). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Laureldale Cemetery (4631 Pottsville Pike, Reading, PA 19605).
