He was predeceased by: his close friend Rebecca Phillips; and his parents, Thomas J. Kowalski and Clara J. Kowalski (Kazmierczak). He is survived by: his brother John Kowalski; his nieces, Diane (Gary Deyarmin) and Dr. Wendy Kowalski (Jack Kofroth); and his nephew John (Tracy Kowalski). He is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews.
