He was predeceased by: his parent Jerome J.. He is survived by: his spouse Gladys L. Staab (Zimmerman); his parent Lucille W. Staab (Whitacker); his siblings-in-law, Arlene Hoffert and Wayne Hoffert; and his close friends, Brett Faust, Brian Faust and Brenda Boltz.
